1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We offer reliable shipping across India with the following estimated delivery timelines:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at an additional cost)
Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or courier service delays.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue with our courier partners.
5.Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
