  • The product is expired or compromised upon delivery.

  • Provide your order number, clear images of the product, and the reason for the return.

    Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used honey jars.
  • Products purchased during discount sales or promotions.
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
