1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product in your order.
- The product is expired or compromised upon delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, clear images of the product, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used honey jars.
- Products purchased during discount sales or promotions.
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
